U STORY
The creation of a new real estate fund requires passing through a complex series of procedures. We experienced this journey from the start with the promotors of Residentia. We took part in the planning and development of all aspects of communication, beginning with the creation of the branding.
The Residentia brand is strong and distinctive. It conveys trustworthiness and authority, by expressing the inspirational values of solidity and ties with the local community.

To interpret and sum up the essence of a broad-reaching project, such as a real estate investment fund, into a microcosm with few words and symbols was the objective to which we aspired.

Trust is also built through the reassurance of shared experience.
The key visual created for Residentia was an illustration of Bellinzona Castel, which conveys the idea of shared ties to the region and its values, fundamental elements of the Fund’s identity.

When developing the strategic plan for Residentia, the integrated communication approach required defining the corporate identity, in order to coherently reflect the primary elements.
The unconventional communication style used for the technical documents, first and foremost the financial reports, and the targeted use of custom infographics and icons to highlight performance and significant data made the documents easier to consult.

The continuity of our collaboration and constant efforts to identify ourselves with the operational dynamics of Residentia allowed us to brainstorm and develop, working closely with their management, projects dedicated to specific marketing initiatives.
